Delivery Charges

There are various levels of charges for delivery based on the size and weight of the product(s) ordered.

Delivery Level 1 - First Item: £7.50, Additional Items £2.50
Delivery Level 2 - First Item: £7.50, Additional Items £5.00
Delivery Level 3 - First Item: £10.00, Additional Items £5.00
Delivery Level 4 - First Item: £12.50, Additional Items £5.00
Delivery Level 5 - First Item: £15.00, Additional Items £5.00
Delivery Level 6 - First Item: £20.00, Additional Items £5.00
Delivery Level 7 - First Item: £25.00, Additional Items £5.00
Delivery Level 8 - First Item: £30.00, Additional Items £5.00

For example, if you were to order 4 items from the same Level (e.g. Level 2) you will be charged £7.50 (First Item) + £15.00 (3 x £5.00 for Additional Items).

For multiple items in different Levels, you will need to pay the delivery charge applicable for each Level and the appropriate charge for any additional items.

For example if you were to order an item from Level 6 and an item from Level 1 you will be charged £20.00 (Level 6) and £7.50 for the Level 1 item – a total of £27.50 + VAT

Delivery Lead Times

Depending upon your location the majority of our products will be delivered to you within 3-5 business days. However some specialist and larger items may take longer especially if you have requested a specific colour and the item has to be manufactured to order. These estimated delivery times are shown within each relevant listing. Please Contact Us for a more accurate delivery expectation.

Delivery Times

We use a number of different carriers to deliver your items and deliveries take place between 8.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Unfortunately as they will be delivering a number of items during a day – and will plan their route accordingly - it is not possible to estimate accurately exactly what time they may be delivering to you.

Delivery Destinations

We can deliver to any destination on mainland United Kingdom. Unfortunately excessive courier charges and poor reliability mean that we cannot deliver to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands. If in any doubt please Contact Us.

Delivery of Items

Depending upon what items you have ordered, it is quite possible that they may be coming from different warehouses – especially if you have ordered a mixture of accessories and furniture items. In this case you will probably get 2 separate deliveries.

All items must be signed for and the courier will not leave any goods without obtaining a proof of delivery signature. Due to insurance reasons we are sorry but we cannot deliver to PO Box numbers.
