5 Years
All chairs and furniture come with a 5 year guarantee against material defects and manufacturing faults, subject to normal wear and tear and 8 hour usage.
Chairs will be either repaired on site, or, if necessary, at the factory. Wherever possible we will offer a loan replacement until the original chair(s) is/are returned.
On desks, the guarantee is against material defects and manufacturing faults, subject to normal wear and tear and 8 hour usage. Normal wear and tear is to be expected and is not covered by the guarantee.
1 Year
All accessories come with a minimum 1 year guarantee against material defects and manufacturing faults, subject to normal wear and tear.
