We are really sorry that you have received something that is damaged or broken. Please e-mail us on info@badbackchairs.co.uk and box up the item(s) in its original packing. We will then arrange to collect the item as soon as possible and upon receipt back to us we will arrange a replacement to be sent to you or a credit made against your purchase – whichever you would prefer.
Returns As You Have Received An Item Not Ordered
We are sorry that you have received something you did order and you need to use our returns procedure. As soon as you realise, please e-mail us on info@badbackchairs.co.uk and box up the item(s) in its original packing. We will then arrange to collect the item as soon as possible.
Items Are Missing From The Order
There are a number of reasons why some items you have ordered may not arrive with the first delivery.
The items ordered may be coming from different warehouses and therefore there will be a separate delivery in due course. This will be particularly applicable if a mixture of accessories and furniture items are ordered at the same time;
The missing items ordered are not currently available and have been placed on back-order. Please check your dispatch note for clarification of this possibility;
Some items ordered may have a longer delivery time frame than others. Please check the item description for an indication of expected delivery times.
If none of the above reasons are relevant and you need to utilise our returns procedure please Contact Us and we will try and track down the reason why and rectify the situation to your satisfaction.
